We're 'Sure' you'll be happy with our new gas contractor!

We're pleased to announce the appointment of our new gas contractor, Sure Group who will replace PH Jones. As of 1 May, Sure Group will be maintaining and servicing the gas appliances for our customers.

Matt Thomas, CNH’s Director of Operations, said: “The interview panel, which included customers, were impressed by Sure’s commitment to customer care."

Darren Cunningham, Chief Executive, Sure Group said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by CNH to deliver gas services support. Like CNH our team is fully committed to ensuring that all housing customers know that the gas services are safe in their home, and that they feel respected and listened to.”

We're on the road again!

After the success of last year's tenant roadshow, we're taking to the road again to come to your neighbourhood and hear your views. We're going to be at various sites across the borough, as well as holding stalls at community events and Loughborough market.

Your feedback is what helps us improve our services so please take a look at when we'll be near you (see below) and come and let us know what you think. You'll also receive an invitation in the post with details of when and where we'll be near you.

Sheltered dwellings and flats for the over 50s available

Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing has a range of sheltered accommodation across the borough with some sheltered courts in the centre of Loughborough and others in the surrounding villages of Sileby, Rothley Shepshed, Barrow Mountsorrel, Syston, Birstall, Thurmaston and Anstey.

There are also flats across the borough of Charnwood which are specifically for residents over 50 years old. Click on the leaflet below for further information.
