As a thank you to tenants who pay their rent on time, this incentive has encouraged more tenants to ensure that their rent and other service charges are paid as they falls due weekly.

Please remember that the Cash Office at the Council Offices on Southfield Road, will not be open on 25 and 26 of August 2008 due to the bank holiday. You will therefore need to ensure that if you use the Cash Office, that you pay during the remainder of that week or pay using your Rent Swipe Card. Payments made with Swipe Cards take 2 working days to be received so to ensure you are in the draw, you will need to make your payment no later than Wednesday 27 August 2008.
