During 2009/10, our focus was on implementing staffing structures which we believe will enable us to improve our services and consider the needs of our customers when planning, delivering and reviewing the way in which we deliver our services.

Our Delivery Plan for 2011/13 looks forward and focuses on implementing systems, processes and procedures to form a platform for us to deliver excellent services.

Our operating environment, which anticipates public sector financial constraints, rightly requires us to provide Value for Money in everything that we do, put Tenants and Customers at the heart of our business and deliver equitable services to all. Within the Delivery Plan 2011/12, we set out how we will meet these requirements.
