Our offices at Southfields will be closed from 4.30 pm on Friday 23 December 2011 and will re-open again at 8.30 am on Tuesday 03 January 2012.

Emergency repairs can be reported 24-hours a day.

Opening Hours

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.

Please note that no tickets to see a Customer Advisor will be issued after 4.45pm (4.15pm on Fridays).

Out of Hours Service

The Contact Centre also takes 24 hour emergency repair calls. (Where removal of immediate danger to people is required or to stop serious damage to your home, for example, complete loss of electrical power, a burst water pipe, or making your home secure).

If you want to report anti social behaviour at weekends or out of office hours one of our contact centre advisors will be able to log your complaint and give you some initial advice and assistance.
