After consulting with tenant representatives, a way of deciding the priorities within the Borough was devised, which will work like this:

• This year would involve completing all non-decent properties in Anstey. FHM have had their site compound set up there for last years works and if we move to a new area we would have to incur the cost of a new compound being set up. We are looking at co-locating CNH and FHM project teams at the Limehurst depot, this will allow FHM to cover the whole borough from this site, making it a more cost effective method of working and delivering the decent homes programme.
• Next year we are looking to complete works on the non-decent isolated properties we have in the borough. We will aim to carry out all outstanding works and repairs to these properties to reduce the impact on the responsive repairs for the future.
