Some of our tenants still do not have any contents insurance and believe that the council is responsible for insuring their belongings. This is not the case and every household is responsible for insuring their own possessions.

Our scheme allows you to spread the costs by paying for your insurance in weekely payments which can be paid at the same time as your rent.
