Are you a person who prefers to do things and find out exactly what happens rather than sitting in meetings? Yes? Then becoming a CNH Mystery Shopper could be for you!

What is mystery shopping?

Mystery Shopping is about tenants testing out frontline services as any customer would. Mystery Shoppers make enquiries by telephoning or visiting housing offices in person; it’s your choice

Who can be a mystery shopper?

Almost anyone. We are looking for enthusiastic tenants who can attend a day's training, use a telephone, read and complete a simple questionnaire.

What's in it for me?

We will train you and provide all materials. We will also pay travel expenses, if required.

What happens with the results?

We will compile all the results from the mystery shops and produce an action plan to tackle any areas of the service which your involvement has identified as a problem. Mystery Shoppers will be invited to comment on these plans. We’ll also report back to all tenants in our tenant newsletter.
