CNH is committed to providing good quality, value for money services to its tenants and residents. We have drawn up a set of Service Standards which set out what our customers can expect from us. These Standards have been chosen because they are the things tenants and residents have told us matter most to them following consultation.

We will review these Service Standards every year to make sure they continue to reflect what matters most to you.

Our aim is to give you the best service possible so if for any reason we fall short of our published standards we want you to let us know so we can do something about it. We would also like you to tell us if you do not think these standards are high enough.
