Your Housing Income Team

The Housing Income Team for Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing manages the rent accounts for every Charnwood housing tenant. We ensure that the charges are correctly applied to the accounts, make adjustments where necessary, and manage debt recovery of arrears against these accounts.

The Housing Income Team also deal with former tenant debts, provide money management advice to all tenants, garage rent accounts, the council’s insurance scheme, and payments and balances to rent accounts.

The Housing Income Team works in partnership with The Bridge Housing Advice Service and Clockwise Credit Union. The Bridge provides independent advice to housing tenants regarding action taken for rent arrears. If you would like more information regarding their services visit The Bridge. Clockwise Credit Union provides savings accounts and low cost loans to all Charnwood residents subject to their terms and conditions.
