The link at the bottom of the page details those properties which are scheduled to receive some form of work as identified in our cyclical planned maintenance programme. The table shows those properties that are included in our cyclical planned maintenance programme for the period 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2016.

All properties included in the programme will be surveyed between October and the following March with the work commencing on the 1st April of each year.

All properties within the identified year's scheme will have external redecoration carried out to them, and where there are shared communal areas within the scheme these will be redecorated internally.

However, until the properties are surveyed, we are unable to identify which specific areas of work will be carried out to your home. However, listed below are the types of work which may be carried out:

Structural repairs – Repairs to roofs, external walls, and internal walls in communal areas.

Paths, fences and gates – Repairs/replacement to paved, tarmac areas, boundary/drying area fencing and gates.

Pre-painting repairs – External joinery work such as external doors, shed doors, gutters, fascia’s, bargeboards, cladding, and bin area doors to communal areas.

External Painting – All items listed above prepared and repainted or stained as required, to a colour choice offered to individual customers.

Internal Painting – All internal communal areas are prepared and painted and colour choice is offered with a majority decision of the customers who live in the area choosing the colour used.
