If you are a tenant of Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing or your complaint of anti-social behaviour is about a tenant of Charnwood Borough Council you can contact Housing Services who will investigate your complaint and agree an action plan with you.

Any reports of anti-social behaviour will be referred to the anti-social behaviour team and allocated to one of the officers. The officer who has been allocated your case will then contact you within five working days to introduce themselves and discuss the complaint with you.

If you call out of hours or at the weekend, a call operative will be able to log your complaint and give you some initial advice and assistance.
