CNH Board
The Board is made up of 13 members - four tenants and leaseholders, four councillors nominated by Charnwood Borough Council and five independent members.
A revised Board and committee structure was introduced in July 2011 with a need to refocus their work to concentrate effort of where it could have greatest impact.
The new structure also aimed to harness the expertise of Board members in a more effective manner.
Four committees were established. The committees, some of which meet monthly and some quarterly, are:
Housing Operations Committee - covering delivery and performance for housing operations,, customer and tenant involvement, satisfaction, local services, policies and priorities, access to services, and complaints.
Audit and Finance Committee - covering finance, audit, risk management and value for money
Human Resources and Remuneration Committee - covering human resources, health and safety for employees and remuneration
Property and Investment Committee - covering Decent Homes, future improvement programmes, void property management, responsive and planned repairs policies and performance, sustainability and energy efficiency
